  • Non-Delivery of Service: If a creator or influencer does not fulfill their obligations as outlined in the campaign agreement.
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems caused by Social Hub prevent the successful completion of a campaign or payment transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Users who decide not to proceed with a campaign after it has commenced.
  • Violation of Terms: Users found in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Completed Campaigns: Campaigns that have been successfully completed, and content has been delivered or payments made to creators.

To request a refund:

  2. Provide Details: Include your name, account details, campaign ID, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Resolution Timeline: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of submission.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the transaction. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue by contacting our support team for further review.
